Doubts her own reality.
When that happens she tends to zoom out almost like she has gotten high, at that time there's a chance that she might start hallucinating something or is simply just wondering if everything she is hearing/seeing is all just one big hallucination. Once she snaps out of those kinds of phases she gets really confused of her surroundings.
Take away her wand and she is almost defenseless.
Tacy isn't physically strong or fast (she's only fast when she's flying) and so it would be easy to just corner her in a tight space and strangle her.

Personality:
Sarcastic: Tacy can get incredibly sarcastic at times, it's one of the traits she enjoys about herself.
Calm:
She is rather calm towards new people in her life, though the ones that she knows and trusts... watch out, she ain't dealing with any bullpoop from you and wont be afraid to show it, though if you have problems she's the perfect shoulder to cry on. But she has become less and less calm during her time in wonderland, and now snaps easily.
Proud:
She is actually rather proud of almost everything she does and it can get difficult for her to take criticism at times and tends to react rather immaturely when she doesn't like it. This also includes her not taking orders really easily.
She hates her little "sickness":
It can get really frustrating to be just be minding your own business and then get hit with hallucinations that you are certain are real. But she has learned to live with it the more she has been seeing illusions, she is slowly accepting the fact that she might go mad.
Kindness:
She is kind to those that she thinks are kind to her, you may act like a total a-hole to her once but that wont have a too lasting affect if you start being nice to her later on.
Mood swings:
She has mild mood swings and the strength of her emotions change randomly, if you for example kiss her on the cheek today and she wouldn't react, she might blush like a crazy person and get incredibly embarrassed the next. But she has learned to deal with them, and now her mood swings only go from calm to angry.

Background: Tacy Merryweather was born into the world as a normal fairy, she lived her childhood just like any other fairy child and was a rather happy girl. And she got older she was honored to be one of the three fairy godmothers of the newest born princess. Tacy was incredibly excited for it and could barely wait to give the child her gift. But before it could be so the witch came into the picture and cursed the little girl. At that moment Tacy knew that she had to do something, but the dreaded truth crept up on her when she realized that her magic wasn't nearly powerful enough to be able to counter the witches curse. So Tacy bitterly came up with the "solution" that instead of the child dying, she would rather fall asleep if the time would ever come that she's prick her finger on a spinning wheel. Tacy and the two other godmothers then took the child into the forest, Tacy posed as the child's aunt though the shame that she wasn't able to do MORE for the girl was still stuck in her head. With that Tacy went out, searching for whatever kinds of libraries that could teach her any kind of powerful magic in a short period of time. Finally after a few months of searching she stumbled upon a book, it had written down a lot of forbidden magic and curses, it was dark magic, eager to try it out Tacy would regularly go deep into the forest that they lived in and practice with the spells and using trees and some animals as test subjects. As she continued to use the spells she began to notice that things were changing, she began to see things that weren't there and feeling very out of place in the world. That's when the curiosities began to kick in, what if she's kill that hunter that had been walking in the forest a few days ago? It would be fair to try it out, right? The magic had infected her body and mind, causing her sclera's to become dark gray and her eyes to become a brighter blue, her jet black hair turned red and before she knew she was killing travelers in the forest as if it was a sport. Tacy could feel her grip on reality loosen and it took everything she had to stop killing for a while, once she did that she began to see everything as it was and things became "normal" again, she stopped having hallucinations as often though it would occur once in a while. Even after all that trouble of almost loosing herself to insanity Tacy never stopped having interest in the dark arts, or killing, though that she'd keep that a fair distance away from herself because she doesn't want to fully lose to newly found longings and thoughts in her head and be hunted down like an animal because she'd be too dangerous. 
As wonderland crumbled Tacy left, and has now found herself in Fabula... There isn't mush she can say about it other than "fucking hell."
